Adoption Story: The L. Family
I have photographed many adoptions and I have loved each one of them. Each story is unique and special. This adoption really stood out to me this time. Perhaps it was because the presiding Judge really went out of her way to do something very memorable for this family. Or perhaps because it reminded me a lot of how the Lord built my family. With the permission of the L family, I am able to tell you about this extraordinary family. The L family lives in Texas and adopted

The Munoz Family
It is a special thing when a family comes together for the Holidays, especially when they are seperated by hundereds of miles during the year. This famiy requesed their session to be at Brackenridge Park because it holds many special memories for them. I know they had a great time bringing their children here to make memories on this day, and as you will see, I think the kids had a fun time too. They were all a joy to work with and a rumor has it that they all went to Chic

The Casias Family
Here are some of my favorite images from the Casias' family session. This beautiful and fun family has four children and one on the way. It was really fun working with all the kids and they were really good sports about the session because it was really cold that day. Older sister is really, really excited about the new baby because it is a girl! She will now have a sister to play with, or in reality, a real live baby doll :) As you can see, this famiy has big hearts and

Adoption Story: The M. Family

With their permission, I can tell you a little bit about them. This family has a sweet and fun older son who was very excited to get a little brother. I first met the M. Family this past summer when their second son was born. They adopted him through a local San Antonio adoption agency after being matched with a birthmom who chose a

The Parker Family
Meet Margot Faith. This precious baby girl is 99 days new! Margot is truly a miracle. She was born at 28 weeks and spent 60 days in the NICU before coming home just before Thanksgiving. Margot Faith is a very appropriate name for this little one because her Mom and Dad (and countless other family and friends) prayed and held tight to their faith that she would grow strong and healthy- and that she did. Little Margot started her life at 2lbs and 13oz and is now a whopping 8 1/
