Logan is FIVE!

Every year I wonder the same thing...how do my babies keep getting so big? Even though I know their birthdays will come the same day year after year, it still catches me by surprise. Logan,my middle son, has been looking forward to turning 5 ever since the day he turned 4.

Four was a great year for this little guy. He started Pre-K and loves it. He loves learning and has made a lot of new friends at school. Whatever he is learning at school is his new favorite thing. Logan has a wide variety of interests including drawing and art, fishing, legos, sharks, the military, building things, flags of countries and states, the Alamo, and the Titanic. He loves playing outside and with his brothers and friends. Logan's favorite foods include anything with chocolate (just like Mommy!), pizza, hamburgers, milk, PB&J, cookies, and pretzels.

It took some convincing, but Logan let me take his 5 year pictures recently. Because of his love of the Alamo, we went there during spring break. I thought this would be the perfect place to take his photos. I couldn't believe how crowded it was; the line to go inside the Alamo was all the way around the block. So we just walked the grounds and enjoyed the outside. Looks like we will be taking another trip to the Alamo soon.

Logan is such an amazing kid, such a sweet boy, and has a heart of gold. I am so blessed to be his Mommy. He is our miracle baby and his Daddy, brothers, and I are blessed to have him in our family. I love you Logan Bear. Happy 5th birthday and I pray God blesses you with many, many, many more wonderful years.
